Educator’s Podcast Guide
In August 2007, before the 2007-2008 school year began I purchased a copy of Educator’s Podcast Guide written by Bard Williams of the International Society of Technology in Education. I skimmed through the pages and thought it was a useful resource for any teacher with interest of using podcasts in the classroom.
With graduate school, a one year old daughter and family responsibilities, I only recently claimed the chance to completely read Bard William’s Educator’s Podcast Guide. This book, as the title states, is a well concise guide that explains how to create a podcast, the instructional uses, available podcasts and how they support learning in the various content areas.
If you get an opportunity, locate a copy of this guide through www.iste.org. Otherwise, visit the resource section of this blog or browse the Internet for available podcasts and supporting documentation.
